Sedona Community Foundation Accepting
Funding Requests Through July 1

SEDONA-The Sedona Community Foundation is currently accepting proposals for grant funding from organizations serving greater Sedona residents and visitors. At its recent grant Application workshop, Susan Cammock, SCF advisory board chair, announced the foundation had a total of $165,000 to distribute this year.

Nonprofit organizations, government agencies, schools and Tribal entities are invited to apply. To qualify, applicants must meet stringent criteria, including proving financial viability and lasting value.

Proposals must be completed online and submitted by 5 p.m. on July 1. Visit the Arizona Community Foundation's online grants page at www.azfoundation.org/grants and select "Sedona Community Foundation 2009 Grant Cycle" for guidelines, eligibility requirements, changes from previous years' grant cycles, and instructions for submitting proposals. To be eligible for funding, nonprofits must have an active profile on the ACF Web site.
