Funky rock makes an impact in a big way this week with Verde Valley band Larry 4 Life.

The Sedona rock band Larry 4 Life will hit the stage at The Gypsy at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 31.
The band is composed of lead guitarist Don Alexander, bass guitarist Udi Cohen, guitarist Justin Schmittendorf and drummer Rich Kedly.

Larry 4 Life will play both "funky rocking polypink" originals and arrangement of rock 'n' roll covers ranging from bluegrass to hip-hop to funk to jazzy rock, Alexander stated.
