Laila Armstrong and her walking group will be holding a Walk-a-Thon on Saturday, December 12th to benefit the Sedona emergency services organizations.  All proceeds will be going to the selected charities of the Sedona/Verde Valley Fire Fighters and the Sedona Police Department.  Participation is $50/person to be contributed by the walker or by walk-sponsors for that walker.  

The Walk-a-Thon will begin at  8:00 a.m. - Participants will be meeting at the student parking lot at Sedona Red Rock High School.  The walk will commence along I-89A towards Cottonwood.  The walk is an estimated 14 miles.
